So welcome. This is the instructions for the VaguVibe. VaguVibe vibe is a vagus nerve stimulator or vagus nerve toner. Actually, the instructions are so easy. Probably don’t need a video, but here we go, anyway. So the first thing you want to do is charge it. It’s got a USB-C port. Make sure you use the cable and the AC adapter that come with it.

When it’s charging, you’re going to see a blinking red light. And then when it’s fully charged, usually takes maybe an hour, you’ll see a solid red light. Okay, so once it’s fully charged, all you do is hold the power button for two seconds. It’s going to come on. You’re going to see a white light. That’s it.

It’s actually that simple. Then you just simply wear it around your neck and that’s it. The battery should last about six hours, and what we’ve done in our clinical data is showing we get good response in just 30 minutes. So 30 minute session a day should be plenty, but you can wear as much as you want to.

To prove it’s working, the coils are actually near the top, so the magnetic field tester that comes with it, you can just simply put it on there and you’re going to see it jumping around. That’s showing you that it’s working. The other way to know it’s working therapeutically is you can measure things like, heart rate variability (HRV) is probably the best thing to measure.

If your heart rate variability increases, you’re healthier. It’ll make you’ll feel better. You’ll get more sleep. You can measure it with Oura rings or FitBits or whatever wearables you have for heart rate variability. So let’s see. What else is there? It’s not waterproof, but it is water resistant, so don’t worry about sweating on it or splashing a little bit of water on it.

That’s absolutely fine. Anything else? Let’s see. I think that pretty much covers it, besides turning it off, of course. Uh, one other thing – the white light. It shows it’s running as I said. When it’s blinking, it means it’s down to about 10 percent power. So you need to recharge it whenever you see the blinking white light.

And again, to turn it off, same thing, hold it for two seconds. It turns off. That’s it. It’s very lightweight, it will be very light on your neck. Obviously it comes with a stainless steel chain, but you can put any necklace or chain you want to wear it around your neck. But there you go. Those are the instructions super simple to use.
